Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- carrot, chopped - 1/2 c
- frozen mixed vegetables - 1/2 c
- chicken cubes - 2 item
- small potatoes, cubed - 2 item
How to make cheese soup:
Boil together all ingredients until tender (15 minutes). Add milk and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with milk. Turn heat to low. Add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
