Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- shredded, unpeeled zucchini - 3 c
- oil plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Then add onions and zucchini. Mix. Add oil and eggs. Mix well and put in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
