Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- zucchini unpeeled, sliced thin - 3 c
- clove garlic, chopped fine - 1 item
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Mix all ingredients well. Spread into greased oblong pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown (about 25 minutes). Cut into pieces to serve.This can be baked, frozen and reheated. Works well reheating in the microwave.
Note: Eggplant or artichoke may be substituted for zucchini.
