Zucchini appetizer



Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- very thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
- salt seasoned - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheese any kind - 1 c
- eggs, beat just to blend yolks with whites - 4 item
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Heat oven to 350°. Stir all the ingredients together. Oil pan lightly (9 x 9-inch). Pour into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes, until set and lightly brown. Cool and cut into tiny squares for appetizer or large squares for side dish. Freezes very well.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
