Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- dash of garlic - 1 item
- grated zucchini, unpeeled - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let set for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut into rectangles and serve. May be made ahead and frozen. This makes a nice casserole if poured into a buttered glass baking dish and baked at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes until brown and firm.
