  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick or pancake mix - 1 c
  • zucchini, thinly sliced - 4 c

How to make zucchini squares:

Italian seasoning may be substituted for marjoram and oregano. Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
