  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of oregano - 1 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • thinly sliced, unpared zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease 11 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares.
