Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- raw carrot, grated - 1 item
- yellow and green squash, combined, cooked, drained and sliced - 3 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs 8 oz - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Saute onion in butter; add squash, sour cream, soup, carrot, salt and pepper. Lay in buttered casserole dish mixture, crumbs, mixture and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
