Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease pan or miniature cupcake pan. Mix all ingredients together, then spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving. (Can be served hot or cold.) Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
