Baked zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- medium zucchini, washed and diced - 4 item
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- Bisquick
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- salad oil - 1/2 c
How to make baked zucchini casserole:
Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil. Add the eggs and oil to the mixture and mix well.Bake in a well greased 9 x 12-inch pan. It will be about 1 inch or more thick. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (like a quiche).
