Ingredients/Components

  • medium zucchini, washed and diced - 4 item
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • Bisquick
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • salad oil - 1/2 c

How to make baked zucchini casserole:

Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil. Add the eggs and oil to the mixture and mix well.

Bake in a well greased 9 x 12-inch pan. It will be about 1 inch or more thick. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (like a quiche).
