Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- small bag Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- can squash or 5 fresh cooked garden squash - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onions until tender. Drain off excess water. Add everything else except Ritz crackers. Mix all together really good. Pour into buttered baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
