Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- squash - 1 lb
- grated cheese Cheddar - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash tender. Drain and add salt and pepper to taste and beaten egg. Fold in all other ingredients. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
