Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- salt - 5 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- vinegar
- mustard seed - 2 tsp
- turmeric - 1 Tbsp
- ground zucchini - 10 c
- ground onions - 4 c
- large red sweet pepper, ground - 1 item
- large green pepper, ground - 1 item
How to make zucchini relish:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Let stand overnight; drain. Add rest of the ingredients. Boil all together for 3 minutes. Seal in hot clean jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Zucchini.
