- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- zucchini, sliced - 4 item
- stuffing mix with chicken seasoning - 1 pkg
- sour cream can use fat-free products - 1 c
How to make zucchini stuffing casserole:
Boil sliced zucchini for 10 minutes. Melt margarine, soup and sour cream. Add seasoning, zucchini and stuffing cubes. Bake in casserole at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
