Ingredients/Components
- summer squash, sliced and cooked - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, onion, margarine, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and 2/3 cup of stuffing mix. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 350° until set. Spread remaining stuffing mix on top of casserole and dot with margarine. Cook until brown on top.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
