- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- seasoned stuffing mix or croutons - 1 (8
- melted butter - 1/2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cut squash in small cubes. Cook with onion for 5 minutes. Drain.Combine soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrots. Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine butter and stuffing. Spread 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Spoon vegetables over stuffing. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
