Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, diced fine - 1 tsp
- fresh squash, diced - 1 pt
How to make squash casserole:
Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper and onion. Place squash in buttered casserole. Pour milk mixture over squash. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
