Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- potatoes - 6 item
- small onion - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- browned, scrambled hamburger meat
How to make hamburger potato casserole:
Put cooked, drained hamburger meat (half of it) in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, then put a layer of onion rings. Add a layer of sliced potatoes, then pour creamed corn over mixture. Add rest of hamburger meat, onion and potatoes. Mix milk and soup and pour over casserole. Top with cheese, if you wish.
