- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- zucchini, peeled and grated - 2 c
- well drained, crushed pineapple - 1 c
- nuts optional - 1 item
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
