Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1/4 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- squash - 3 c
- to 6 small slices margarine - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Thinly slice squash into casserole dish. Dice onion over squash. Salt and pepper to taste. Add margarine over top of squash and onion. Beat egg into soup. Spread soup and egg over squash casserole. Crumble crackers over top of soup. Grate cheese over top of crackers. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
