Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- bag hash browns or 4 c - 32 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Mix everything (except corn flake crumbs and butter) together and put in baking dish. Mix corn flake crumbs and butter together. Put over top of potatoes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
