Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- sour cream - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Put all ingredients into casserole dish and mix. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over all. Bake at 350° about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
