Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes - 1/4 lb
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup no water - 1 item
- hash brown potatoes 24 or 32 oz - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream and cheese together. Put in 11 x 13-inch pan. Top with 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed. Cut 1 stick of butter into cubes and place on top of crackers. Bake at 350° for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
