Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
  • corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns, thawed - 32 oz
  • Velveeta cheese, grated - 10 oz

How to make scalloped potato casserole:

Mix all together and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
