Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook the broccoli as directed, then add the mayonnaise, onion, grated cheese, eggs, soup and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes. Mix the stuffing mix with the melted butter.
