- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower - 1 (16
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded Swiss or sharp cheese - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can French fried onions - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
