- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- thin cream - 1 c
- fresh corn - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and flour; beat until smooth. Add corn and stir in cream. Pour in a greased baking dish. Bake slowly for 30 minutes or until done. Stir from the bottom several times while baking.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
