Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced - 10 item
- slices of bread, soaked in 2/3 cup milk - 2 item
- lb Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together and pour into greased casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and pour 1/2 cup melted oleo over top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
