Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium potatoes, boiled - 8 item
- dash of onion powder or more to taste - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Melt butter; blend to flour for thickness. Add 2 cups of milk. Cook until thickened. Add salt, pepper and onion powder. Stir in cheese, then add to potatoes. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
