Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- can Cream of Chicken soup - 1 item
- bunch chopped green onions - 1 item
- or more cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Grease 9x13 inch dish. Thaw hash browns, enough to separate and spread in dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Saut?© butter and onions in pan; remove from heat. Add soup, cheese and sour cream.
