- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- corn flakes
- butter - 1/2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. corn flakes1/2 c. butter Let potatoes thaw and spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake about 45 minutes at 350°. Take out of oven and put crushed corn flakes on top of casserole. Melt 1/2 cup butter and pour over flakes. Return to oven for a few minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
