Hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- can Cream of Chicken soup - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 pt
- cans fried onion rings - 2 item
- salt and 1 tsp - 1 tsp
- finely chopped bell pepper optional - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onion - 3/4 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix hash browns, onion, soup and sour cream in bowl and add 1/2 of cheese, mix well and spread in greased 9x13 pan. Top with remainder of cheese and all of the onion rings. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until gold and bubbly.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
