Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream-style corn - 2 item
- butter to taste - 1 item
- Jiffy corn meal mix - 1 pkg
How to make corn casserole:
Mix all together and bake in souffle dish at 350° about 1 hour. Don't overbake.Variations: Add Cheddar cheese and/or green chiles.
