Ingredients/Components
- heaping cups of elbow macaroni - 2 item
- stick of margarine - 1 item
- of sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- milk or 1 tall can Carnation milk and 1 1/2 c - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- large can of evaporated milk, undiluted - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cooked white rice, sticky kind - 1 item
- bacon pieces, uncooked - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 1 item
- small slices of carrots, uncooked - 1 item
- green peppers, chopped - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 item
How to make crock pot macaroni and cheese:
In frying pan, cook some bacon pieces until done, add onion (green onions are good), small slices of carrot, green pepper, scrambled egg, mushrooms, and cook until done. Do not drain grease. Add cooked rice and soy sauce to taste. You can add anything you want to fried rice, such as sausage, but the bacon makes it better. Also, put the carrots in first, they take longer to cook.
