Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- Old Bay seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- dashes Tabasco sauce - 6 item
- dashes Worcestershire sauce - 6 item
- fresh finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
How to make crab cakes:
Combine all ingredients; dip into bread crumbs. Form into cakes and dip in bread crumbs again. Fry or broil until brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
