Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- claw or regular crab meat - 1 lb
- cracker crumbs or cracker meal - 1/2 c
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients. A dash of Worcestershire sauce or chopped green pepper may also be added. Shape into cakes and fry in butter or margarine until brown. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
