Crab cakes



  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • claw or regular crab meat - 1 lb
  • cracker crumbs or cracker meal - 1/2 c

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients. A dash of Worcestershire sauce or chopped green pepper may also be added. Shape into cakes and fry in butter or margarine until brown. Serve hot.
