  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 item
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • dash of Old Bay seasoning - 1 item
  • slices bread without crust, crumbled - 2 item

How to make broiled crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients together; form into cakes. Place under broiler with a pat of butter. Turn over and brown. Absolutely delicious!
