Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- cooked shrimp - 2 lb
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- jar pimentos - 1 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Saute vegetables in margarine. Simmer soup, cream cheese, pimentos, sour cream and shrimp. Add sauteed vegetables. Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Shrimp.
