Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- bread crumbs
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- Tabasco - 3/4 1
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients well. Form into patties. Fry in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown or preheat oven to 350°, then bake on both sides until golden brown (for 20 to 30 minutes). Makes 8 cakes.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
