Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • bread crumbs
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • Tabasco - 3/4 1

How to make crab cakes:

Mix all ingredients well. Form into patties. Fry in 1/2 cup oil until golden brown or preheat oven to 350°, then bake on both sides until golden brown (for 20 to 30 minutes). Makes 8 cakes.
