Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen fish cod or halibut - 2 lb
How to make swiss baked fish fillets:
Arrange fish fillets in lightly greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking pan. In small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Spread mixture over fish. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
