  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • grated Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
  • frozen fish cod or halibut - 2 lb

How to make swiss baked fish fillets:

Arrange fish fillets in lightly greased 2 1/2-quart shallow baking pan. In small bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Spread mixture over fish. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
