Ingredients/Components
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- Old Bay seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread crumbs, chopped fine - 2 item
How to make crab cakes:
Combine all ingredients and mold into patties and refrigerate. Deep fry in Wesson oil until browned. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
