Ingredients/Components

  • can creamed corn - 1 item
  • can drained whole corn - 1 item
  • milk - 1/2 3/4
  • eggs - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make corn souffle:

Heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, stir together melted butter and flour. Stir in sugar and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
