- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- corn, drained - 2-1/2 c
How to make southern corn pudding:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper, green pepper and eggs. Add butter to milk and heat until butter is melted. Blend with corn mixture. Bake in covered and buttered casserole for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Corn.
