Green bean and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- sliced almonds - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Niblets corn, drained - 1 item
- roll Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make green bean and corn casserole:
Mix green beans, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese, onions and salt. Place in greased casserole. Mix melted margarine, crushed crackers and almonds. Spread on top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350°, uncovered. Best if made the night before serving and put in refrigerator before baking.
