Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- corn fresh or canned - 2 c
How to make corn fritters:
Drain corn. Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoon into deep fryer (360° to 370°) for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
