Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • saltine crackers, crumbled - 1 c
  • cream-style corn - 1 c
  • oysters with liquid

How to make scalloped corn and oysters:

Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
