Scalloped corn and oysters
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- celery salt - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- saltine crackers, crumbled - 1 c
- cream-style corn - 1 c
- oysters with liquid
How to make scalloped corn and oysters:
Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine cracker crumbs and butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 5 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Shellfish.
