Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • dash of garlic salt - 1 item
  • whole kernel corn - 1 c
  • sharp grated cheese - 1/4 c
  • dash of thyme - 1 item
  • crumbled saltines - 1/2 c
  • cooked diced squash - 4 c

How to make corn stuffed zucchini:

In skillet, fry onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in buttered baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
