Corn stuffed zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dash of garlic salt - 1 item
- whole kernel corn - 1 c
- sharp grated cheese - 1/4 c
- dash of thyme - 1 item
- crumbled saltines - 1/2 c
- cooked diced squash - 4 c
How to make corn stuffed zucchini:
In skillet, fry onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in buttered baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Corn.
