Ingredients/Components
- canned whole kernel corn - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- diced Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- milk, heated - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter melt in milk - 2 Tbsp
How to make corn pudding:
Mix above ingredients together. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until firm.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
