Ingredients/Components

  • canned whole kernel corn - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • diced Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • milk, heated - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter melt in milk - 2 Tbsp

How to make corn pudding:

Mix above ingredients together. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes until firm.
