Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 17 oz
- jar pimentos - 1 item
- seasoned crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Grease a 1-quart casserole. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add pimentos. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
