Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can whole corn, drained - 1 item
How to make baked corn:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into shallow baking dish which has been buttered. Put in tablespoon of butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or 1 hour or until it starts to bake away from the sides of dish. Baking time depends on thickness of corn mixture in dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
